WalkMe Popup PRECISION7 Countdown Clock Request - MARLO Canada
We would like to request a WalkMe Popup Countdown Clock to announce the upcoming PRECISION7 launch availability on MARLO Canada. The Countdown Clock should begin on January 26, 2026, and run for 7 days, ending on February 1, 2026. During this period, it should display the message: “We’re counting down to a replacement schedule revolution”

Incorrect Browser Pop up_Firefox
The request is to show the pop-up once the apps.myalcon.com URL is called with Firefox. Given high share of Firefox in Germany (20% for desktop), many users have it set up as default browser, which complicates things, particularly during the onboarding. For example once they click on the welcome email link, or being redirected after clicking MFA emails. Currently, this pop up is displayed once the customer has logged in to the system.
