Comma between the Last and the First names in Japanese is incorrect.

Patient ID (i.e. MASJP999999999) need to be added in the Patient Details page idealy in the red highlighted section.

Include Address as a column in My Patients and in the Patient Drop Down

As a customer, i have many patients some that have the same name. I would like to be able to see additional details such as Address to quickly identify the correct customer i am placing an order for. I would like to see this information in the My Patients section, and also in the drop down where i can select patient reference when choosing products.
