Currently the MARLO Japan B2B2C has PO# interfaced to SAP Customer Reference field. Customers requested to replace this value with the patient names. SAP can receive data only in Half-Width Kana into this field, with no special characters. Current Kana Name field is in Full-Width, which need to be converted into Half-Width The Kana Name field need to has input limitation with only accepting Half Width Kana. Current Kana Name field does not limit the type of character to input, thus a consumer may put any value including special characters (#%&'()¥ etc.) which could potentially affect the downstream operations such as SAP / TMS. Any special characters set in this field need to get eliminated.
