I would like to request a change in the configuration of the user “buyer”. The Administrator currently grants permissions and access to all other users. However, for both Spain and Portugal, we would like the "Buyer" user to have default purchasing permissions, without needing the Administrator to manually grant access. During the recent launch in Portugal, we onboarded a Key Account with 8 sold to, and a client with 12 sold-to locations and discovered that this configuration became a blocker. When the email was received, all Buyer users attempted to access the platform, only to find they couldn’t place orders. In the case of mass migrations, this could lead to significant delays, as Administrators, who often hold managerial roles, may not always be present in the optician stores. We kindly request that by default, Buyer users are able to place purchase orders without requiring Administrator approval.
