MARLÖ International Market Requirements

For GEM Trade business, OTC and CLC products require a minimum order quantity to allow production to start. Marlo need to control MOQ. When an order is placed in Marlo, MOQ must be checked and when MOQ is not met, shopping card will block.

T&C upload is mandatory and blocks the process if the document is not uploaded during onboarding. To make onboarding smoother: It would be helpful to have a “Upload later” option, allowing the ECP to continue even if the file is not ready.

As talked with Rufus on DACH weekly call on Nov 25th 2025: As a BUYER users in MARLO, provided I have been given ordering privileges, I can setup and change settings of auto-cart. Of note: all users in Easy can setup auto-cart if they can order. Benefits: Convenience for the users, positive UX Requesting feature for DACH (or global)

If I order 2 packs of DAP90 for both eyes in different powers then the system allows this direct to patient however if I order 2 packs in the same power per eye it doesn't allow direct to patient, please can this be rectified. Please see attached screenshots.. this is caused by "The patient pack limit of all 90P products of DAILIES_AQUA is 2 because of which when same power item is selected twice(n0: of products is 4 now greater than patient pack limit), error message is displayed for DTP order."
